While looking for inspiration when creating my Fever-Tree bottle I came across the works of latin artist Dr Lakra. His first major US exhibition was at the ICA in Boston. An artist and tattoo artist Lakra transforms found printed materials and objects with mischievous, tattoo-inspired drawings. Some of his work can be seen within the Saatchi gallery.
The main reason why I found his work to be of such inspiration is the collaboration he did with Absolute Vodka, this was essentially the point where my idea transitioned into using animals as the focal point within the final design. His work with Absolute can be seen below in one of there numerous special edition bottles.
